Tips from Elisa & Ellen: Steaming is a foundational technique to turn whole foods into fast foods. Experiment with steaming a head of broccoli at the start of the week. Store it in a clear glass container in the refrigerator and challenge yourself to add it into meals and snacks. You can include it as an easy dinner side, dressed up with lemon, olive oil and a pinch of sea salt, chopped into salads, or as part of a snack with hummus or your favorite dip.
