Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 Tbs olive oil, garlic-infused
- salt, & black pepper, to taste

Prep
- Wash potatoes and slice into wedges.
- Preheat oven to 400° F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for at least 20 minutes, tossing several times during cooking, until potatoes are done to liking [we like them crispy!]
- Serve warm.
