Ingredients
- 1 orange, peeled and quartered
- 2 Tbs ginger
- 1/4 cup parsley, fresh
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup kale, shredded
- 1 cup water
- Maple syrup of stevia, to taste
Directions
Prep
- Peel and cut orange.
- Peel and chop ginger and cucumber.
Make
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Add stevia to taste.
